This was an instant High School Baseball Classic as the Santa Margarita Eagles took on the St. John Bosco Braves at Cal State Fullerton for the Division 1 CIF-SS Baseball Championship. Braves went up 2-0 in the first, the Eagles clawed their way back to tie it at 2. Game would go into extra innings.
